The focus is on ourselves and our need to re-establish our ties and connections. Never before have we perceived this sense of belonging as an indirect response to climate change, the escalation of global conflict and a rise in protectionism. For this trend we have identified two moods.
Folklore: regional and cultural ties, gender and origin all have an influence. Folklore is a way people share an identity and a strong sense of belonging.
The colour palette goes bold with a shift to primaries; bright blue, orange, ruby red, emerald green, festive colours and patterns. Disruptive colour with a dissonant colour pairing.
